24 Hour Fitness in Hawaii is seeking a Community Outreach & Membership Specialist to generate qualified leads, increase guest traffic, and convert prospects into members through local partnerships and events.

You will network with local employers, schools and community groups, schedule tours, and coordinate on-site activations to boost club visits and enrollment. The role rewards proactive, people-oriented candidates with a passion for health and fitness.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, lead generation, or community outreach experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads through networking, events, and relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to represent the brand at events and networking opportunities.
• Self-motivated with organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives while focusing on sales results.
• Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and community engagement.

Responsabilités

• Execute monthly outreach and corporate account plans to generate new business.
• Prospect and cultivate quality leads through community outreach, sponsorships, referrals.
• Create pipelines of onsite activations and community events to introduce prospects.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations driving guest visits.
• Schedule tours, appointments, and consultations that move prospects through sales.
• Represent the club at community events and wellness expos.
• Support campaigns and events to drive traffic and membership growth.
