Childrens Home Society of Florida (CHS) is recruiting a Family Resource Center Outreach Manager to lead engagement and outreach across all CHS locations. You will drive collaboration with community partners, plan outreach events, and build sustainable relationships that advance CHS mission.

The role emphasizes developing a strong outreach calendar, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with CHS goals.

Qualifications

• Required – Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Community Development, or a related field.
• Florida Driver’s License within 30 days from hire is required, along with daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in community engagement, outreach, family services, nonprofit leadership, or program management. Experience analyzing outreach data and using performance metrics to improve engagement strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead community engagement and outreach strategy, strengthening community partnerships, supporting team development and ensuring consistent, high-quality outreach across all Family Resource Center locations and service areas.
• Coordinate outreach initiatives, resource fairs, workshops, family/neighborhood engagement activities, and community presentations.
• Plan and oversee the logistics of outreach events, staffing, materials, vendor participation, community partners, volunteers, and setup.
• Collaborate with Family Resource Center leadership to identify priority neighborhoods, populations, and outreach opportunities based on community needs and organizational goals.
• Promote FRC services through presentations, community meetings, neighborhood events, and public engagement opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, schools, faith-based organizations, businesses, government agencies, neighborhood associations, and other community stakeholders.
