Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably a Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years of experience in recruiting, training, sales, public speaking and presentations or a combination of professional experience with lived child welfare experience.

Responsibilities

• Increase the number of families in the process of applying with CHS by engaging new families and building partnerships.
• Coordinate information sessions and public speaking engagements to raise agency visibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with civic, faith, business, and community organizations to recruit families.
• Track new family applications and follow up on inquiries.
• Travel frequently to CHS offices to manage recruitment activities and events.
