Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with community organizations and referral partners.
• Schedule and attend community meetings, networking events, health fairs, and educational presentations.
• Coordinate meetings for leadership with prospective partners.
• Track outreach activities and maintain detailed records in our CRM.
• Distribute educational materials regarding Medi-Cal Community Supports and private duty caregiving services.
• Help coordinate community presentations and educational workshops.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and special outreach initiatives.
• Represent Coast Care professionally within the community.
