Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year related experience is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, problem solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience with computers and customer service preferred.
• Some evening and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, staff, and community partners.
• Ensure logistics of programming are prepared and safe learning environments are created.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers of youth involved in programs.
• Train and supervise volunteers during programming.
