What You'll Do

As a Community Outreach Representative, you'll interact with members of the public at local events, community activities, retail locations, and promotional programs.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Connect with community members in a friendly and professional manner
• Share information about community programs, services and events
• Answer questions and provide helpful information
• Participate in local outreach events and public engagement activities
• Assist with event preparation, materials, displays, and activitiesHelp create a welcoming and positive experience for attendees
• Support day-to-day event and outreach operations
• Work collaboratively with team members during community programs
• Attend team meetings, training sessions and coaching
• Develop valuable skills in communication, customer service, event coordination, and community relations
