Qualifications

• Experience supporting survivors of commercial sexual exploitation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a collaborative team in distributing harm reduction supplies.
• Identify individuals in need and connect them to resources, programs and services, and advocate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, community interactions, and referrals.
• Distribute food, water and clothing to individuals in the community.
• Encourage individuals to participate in community activities, including partnerships.
• Provide leadership, advocacy, and mentorship to the community.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
• Attend and participate in meetings, trainings, and supervision as assigned.
• Collaborate with Community Case Managers and Program Director to identify and maintain outreach needs.
• Ensure inventory of outreach van and order supplies/food as needed.
• Complete daily shift tasks.
