Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age with relevant lived experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations, interviewing, fieldwork, or outreach preferred.
• No equivalency allowed.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants and support daily drop-in operations at SPARC.
• Participate in van and foot-based outreach shifts; assist with kit making and supply delivery.
• Distribute Naloxone and train community members on its use and benefits.
• Provide health education and risk reduction information to participants.
• Distribute harm-reduction and safer sex supplies; engage participants in services.
