The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, a background in home care, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 plus commission, with flexible work options available.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of successful sales experience with comparable customers.
• Home care industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and maintain a weekly call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to maximize referral opportunities.
• Leverage your network and build strong relationships with referral sources.
• Conduct engaging presentations to community groups about Interim HealthCare's services.
• Track, report, and review sales activity using the company's contact management system.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive growth strategies.
• Complete additional marketing and sales assignments as needed.
