Job summary

Omega Management Group seeks a Community Manager in Oklahoma City to oversee daily operations of the apartment community, maximize income, and control expenses. You will lead staff, ensure property is well maintained, and meet occupancy targets while delivering superior resident service.

Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, processing rents, and addressing resident needs. Prior management experience is preferred, with ARM/CAM or HUD/LIHTC skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in management, sales, and/or office administration.
• Prior apartment management experience preferred.
• ARM or CAM designations are preferred.
• HUD/LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize income and control expenses for the apartment community.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the management office and staff.
• Promote increased rental revenue and service residents’ needs.
• Collect rents and fees and maintain property records.
