Job summary

Omega Management Group is seeking a Community Manager to maximize income and manage expenses at the apartment community. The role oversees daily operations of the management office and staff, ensuring a clean, well-maintained property and target occupancy.

You will interact with residents, prospects, and vendors, handle lease documents, collect rents and fees, and maintain accurate records. Experience in apartment management is preferred and ARM/CAM designations are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize rental income and control expenses at the community.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the management office and staff.
• Ensure property is clean, in good repair, and occupancy targets are met.
• Handle lease documents, rent collection, and deposit processing.
