Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our manufactured housing communities. You will oversee rents, budgeting, assets, and team performance while acting as the primary liaison with residents and vendors.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction in Kentucky facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Must obtain or transfer state licensing within 90 days where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: rent collection, evictions, resident relations, budgeting, asset protection.
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop team members.
• Hold consistent team meetings to reinforce expectations and support growth.
• Manage marketing, leasing, turn of homes, and occupancy to ensure success.
• Develop relationships with vendors and local authorities.
• Plan and oversee community events to foster a positive environment.
• Coordinate with residents to uphold property standards.
• Attend company meetings and trainings as required.
• Coordinate new home delivery and warranty follow-ups with manufacturers.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
