Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Community Operations Manager for Elyson, Katy, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee amenities and assets, and build a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

You'll collaborate with leadership to establish processes, manage vendors and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across the community. A proactive, organized leader with strong communication excels here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of operations or community management experience.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Knowledge of governance, reserve planning, and contract administration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Develop and coach a high-performing operations team.
• Oversee facilities, parks, assets, and maintenance programs.
• Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and risk.
