Job summary

Cohere Life, Inc. is seeking a Community Operations Manager for Elyson, Katy, Texas. This onsite role leads day-to-day operations, oversees amenities and assets, builds a strong operations team, and ensures an exceptional resident experience within a premier master-planned community.

The position emphasizes proactive leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with residents, Board members, developers, vendors, and internal teams to shape the future of Elyson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, facilities management, or property/community management.
• Experience supervising and developing a team; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Develop and coach the operations team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee facilities, parks, assets, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and risk with clear performance expectations.
• Support resident experience with timely, professional communication.
