Savant Senior Living in California is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee the community's finance, payroll, HRIS, and human resources activities, coordinating with the corporate office to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

You will supervise the concierge staff, manage records and billing processes in Yardi, support new hires and onboarding, and help maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and vendors through professional communication.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent in education or experience.
• Three or more years’ experience in office management, including bookkeeping and human resources responsibilities.
• Applicants must be certified in CPR/First Aid according to state regulations, willing to undergo a physical exam, and successfully pass background check.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure information within the payroll/HRIS system is always updated and submit pay rate adjustments.
• Prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding materials for submission to home office HR.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS system and personnel files.
• Triage employee complaints and follow the problem resolution procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
