Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Background checks are required; certain felonies disqualify applicants.

Responsibilities

• Transports participants to and from Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries and related program locations.
• Operate 15-passenger vans and wheelchair-accessible buses safely.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain trip logs with mileage and passengers.
• Assist passengers while entering/exiting vehicles and ensure safety.
• Report any accidents or issues to the Transportation Manager.
• Follow training and employee handbook policies.
• Maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
