Qualified candidates are 21+, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid license, and a clean driving record. A DOT physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Able to handle light lifting and pass background checks.
• Familiar with the greater Cincinnati area and communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Transports participants to and from program locations.
• Safely operate 15-passenger vans and wheelchair buses.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain trip logs including mileage and passenger counts.
• Provide safe passenger assistance and ensure seat safety.
• Notify management of any incidents or safety concerns.
• Participate in training and follow the employee handbook.
• Maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
