The Town Manager in Westminster, Vermont is responsible for guiding daily municipal operations, implementing Select Board policies, and coordinating with department heads and regional partners to advance the community's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in municipal management, public administration, or related fields.
• Degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of Vermont municipal law and governance (or ability to learn quickly).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily municipal operations with a 12-employee team.
• Implement Select Board policies and priorities.
• Prepare and administer the annual budget (currently $3.6 Million).
• Oversee capital projects, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure transparent communication with residents and stakeholders.
