Bay Cove Human Services is seeking a Community Mental Health Worker to partner with Clubhouse members in a recovery-oriented setting focused on employment, education, housing stability, social connection, wellness, and community integration.
The role involves direct support, coaching, advocacy, and skill-building activities, with responsibilities including coordinating services, maintaining notes, and possibly driving the agency van. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are preferred.
Bay Cove Human Services’ mission is to partner with people to overcome challenges and realize personal potential. Bay Cove pursues this mission by providing individualized and compassionate services to people facing the challenges associated with developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders, and homelessness at more than 175 program sites throughout Greater Boston and southeastern Massachusetts.
The Community Mental Health Worker partners with Clubhouse members in a recovery-oriented environment that promotes self-help, peer support, and empowerment. This position supports members in achieving their individualized goals related to employment, education, housing stability, social connection, wellness, and community integration through direct support, coaching, advocacy, and skill-building activities.
This is a non-exempt position.

Pay Rate: $23.46 an hour
