Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field.
• Alternatively, a bachelor’s in an unrelated field with two years of related work experience.
• Any four-year combination of higher education and two years related work experience.
• Associate’s of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support fulfills requirements.
• Four years of qualifying experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based mental health services to adults, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use strengths-based approaches and evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT.
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians, schools, and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
