Brightli is hiring Community Support Specialists to serve adults in Springfield, MO and nearby areas. The role focuses on mentoring, guiding, and supporting clients in homes, clinics, and community locations to achieve recovery goals.

You will work in various settings with a chance to gain valuable behavioral health experience and make a real difference daily. The position offers weekday, full-time hours, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, Family Studies, Counseling, Recreational Therapy, Human Services, Human Development, Child Development, Gerontology, Behavioral Science, Rehabilitation Counseling
• Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support from an approved institution
• Four years of qualifying experience in related human services field or combination of education and experience
• Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CCDP-D

Responsibilities

• Deliver Life-Changing Mental Health Services in community settings.
• Empower clients through behavioral interventions and motivational techniques.
• Foster recovery and resilience with a supportive educational approach.
• Manage a caseload and collaborate with supervisors for meaningful impact.
• Collaborate in client care by staffing and planning with the team.
• Respond to emergencies with sound judgment and timely USD supports.
• Ensure continuity of care with follow-up and thorough documentation.
• Grow professionally through staff development activities and trainings.
