Brightli is hiring Community Support Specialists in Columbia, MO, delivering community-based mental health and behavioral support to adults across clinics and in-home settings. The role emphasizes mentorship, individualized plans, and crisis support, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered care.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related field.
• Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support from an approved program.
• Work experience in human services may substitute for education; four years minimum.
• QAP credentials CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CCDP-D.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver life-changing mental health services in community settings.
• Empower clients through behavioral interventions and motivational approaches.
• Foster recovery and resilience with individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a reachable caseload with supervision support.
• Collaborate in client care through staffing and goal-setting.
• Respond to mental health emergencies within training scope.
• Ensure continuity of care with follow-ups and documentation.
• Grow professionally through trainings and meetings.
