Job summary

NHS Fife’s Community Mental Health Nursing Service is seeking two motivated mental health nurses to join the Community Mental Health Teams in Glenrothes and North East Fife. The posts involve working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver assessment, care planning, and treatment for adults with complex mental health needs, in both virtual and face-to-face settings.

You will receive a comprehensive induction, ongoing professional development, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Nurse with experience in adult mental health
• Experience of assessing and planning care for patients with complex needs
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changes

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for adults with mental health needs in community and clinic settings
• Deliver evidence-based interventions in virtual and face-to-face settings
• Coordinate workload, target delivery, and participate in MDT working
