Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with agencies regarding counseling and care coordination.
• Assist patients in referral process and manage scheduling.
• Act as first point of contact for mental health patients.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working in the Behavioral Health and Substance Use field

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Electronic Health Records

Website management knowledge

Education

Bachelor’s degree in health care management or related field

Associate’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience
