Responsibilities

• Prepares daily meals in adherence to the approved menu.
• Ensures food is hygienically stored and storage areas are kept clean.
• Maintains correct stock levels, rotates stock, and labels as required.
• Maintains high hygiene and safety through daily cleaning of areas and equipment.
• Maintains the kitchen and kitchen equipment.
• Washes all utensils properly.
• Follows Food and Nutrition Guidelines at local, state, and federal levels.
• Properly disposes of waste in designated areas.
• Maintains positive working relationships with staff and participants.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
