Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with current auto insurance.
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous kitchen, food service, caregiving, nonprofit, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation & Distribution: Assist with meal preparation and packaging for the distribution team.
• Kitchen Operations: Operate commercial kitchen equipment, wash dishes, and sanitize workstations.
• Administrative & Team Support: Answer phones, perform data entry, and assist with volunteer coordination.
