Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, and other potential community partners.
• Manage the restaurant's marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Use Canva to design graphics, promotional materials, and social media content.
• Identify opportunities to leverage the Chick-fil-A App to engage guests and drive visits.
• Coordinate Chick-fil-A Cow appearances and other brand engagement opportunities.
• Develop marketing ideas that support restaurant sales, community awareness, and guest engagement.
