Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly Greeter to be onsite at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA. In this sales-based role, you’ll engage with guests, share information about the vacation club experience, and act as a brand ambassador.

You should have a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. The position offers hourly pay, commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do:

As a Greeter, you'll be onsite at Busch Gardens connecting with the public as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. In this sales-based role, you'll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience.

How You'll Shine:

• A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors
• Sales or marketing experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.
• Able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
• Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
• Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full time availability required to work weekends and Holidays, daytime and nighttime.
• This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $20.00 - $20.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
