Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Tri-Valley in San Ramon, CA seeks a Community Marketing & Events Coordinator to boost brand familiarity in the Tri-Valley. This part-time role focuses on connecting with people, creating content, and representing the company at local events.

You’ll plan activations, generate short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, manage calendars, and track engagement and leads.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with confidence engaging new people.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and short-form video trends.
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends.
• Experience in events, social media, field marketing, hospitality, promotions or community engagement preferred.
• No HVAC experience required.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Tri‑Valley

San Ramon / Danville, CA • 20–25 hrs/week • $32/hr. This is Part-time position.

We’re looking for an energetic, creative Community Marketing & Events Coordinator to help make One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning a familiar, trusted brand across the Tri‑Valley. If you love connecting with people, creating content, and being active in the community, this role is a great fit.
