Job summary

PACS seeks a Marketing and Public Relations leader to develop, coordinate, and direct the facility's programs. The role focuses on communicating resident care, programs, and services to the community and media while maintaining accurate information and ensuring privacy compliance.

The incumbent will supervise marketing activities, collaborate with department directors, and drive census growth through effective community engagement and media relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; five years of marketing/public relations experience in healthcare may be substituted for a degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility's marketing and public relations programs.
• Maintain and increase census by planning and evaluating PR/marketing activities.
• Prepare and manage PR/marketing budgets with the Administrator.
• Coordinate with news media to share positive developments and promotions.
• Ensure all public materials are accurate and up to date.
• Provide creative support for resident programs and publications.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
