We’re looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred.
• Experience developing marketing materials in a library or community setting.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and website content management.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marketing efforts that promote services, programs, and events.
• Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, emails, and newsletters.
• Maintain the library website and support a user-friendly online experience.
• Create engaging content for social media aligned with guidelines and director direction.
• Assist with press releases and promotional content as directed by the Library Director.
• Gather information on upcoming events and analyze marketing performance data.
• Organize digital archives of marketing assets and assist with event support as needed.
