Job summary

Arlington Properties in Erlanger, KY is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a vibrant apartment community. You will oversee daily operations, supervise the onsite team, and drive resident satisfaction through proactive service and strong leadership.

This role emphasizes financial stewardship, accurate budgeting, rent collections, and compliance with Fair Housing laws. You’ll collaborate with Regional Manager and corporate support, set performance goals, and inspire a high-performing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred in business, property management, or hospitality.
• At least 2 years of property management experience with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen for budgets and reporting.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
• Financial acumen and confidence managing property budgets and reporting
• Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary
