Job summary

Independence Realty Trust Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for our Oasis property in Colorado Springs. You will lead the on-site team, oversee leasing, and maintain exceptional resident relations to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role includes budgeting, financial reporting, and coordinating with vendors. A strong leadership mindset, detail orientation, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws are essential. Training programs and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-family community management or 4+ years in a leadership role within the field.
• Experience managing a single community with 200+ units.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning, time management, and deadline adherence.
• Skilled in analyzing rent rolls, financial reports, and payables/receivables.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Entrata experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must attend a company-paid, multi-day, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.
