Job summary

Berger Communities is seeking a Community Manager for Ribbon Place Apartments in York, PA. You’ll be the face of the community, leading a team and driving leasing results while ensuring resident satisfaction and a thriving, welcoming environment.

You’ll manage the property’s finances, leasing goals, and on-site operations, including budgeting and lifecycle activities from move-ins to renewals, with rent collection and legal processes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall financial performance of the property
• Set and achieve leasing and occupancy goals
• Build and lead a high-performing onsite team
• Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning
• Oversee the full resident lifecycle—from move-ins to renewals
• Ensure rent collection and handle legal processes as needed
• Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and home readiness
• Stay in the know about the local market and competing properties

Pay & Benefits

• $53,000-$55,000/year, paid biweekly, plus:
• Up to 20% annual bonus
