Job summary

Berger Communities is seeking a Floating Leasing and Marketing Manager for our Pittsburgh Portfolio. This role leads leasing, marketing, and resident engagement, coordinating with the Community Manager to drive occupancy and create a positive resident experience.

The position offers on-site work in Pittsburgh, PA, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Requires at least two years of apartment leasing experience, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Two years apartment Leasing experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property's leasing and marketing efforts.
• Help the team achieve weekly and monthly goals.
• Respond to leads, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Prepare lease documentation and support move-in and renewal procedures.
• Develop and manage on-site, digital, social media, and outreach marketing efforts.
• Plan open houses, resident events, promotions, and community partnerships.
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to generate leasing activity.
• Monitor market conditions, shop competitors, and assist with market analysis.
• Maintain accurate leasing traffic, follow-up, and resident records.
• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Support resident retention activities and professional resident communication.
• Inspect apartments to ensure they meet company standards before move-in.
• Train, motivate, and support the on-site team.

Floating Leasing and Marketing Manager

Berger Communities is hiring a Floating Leasing and Marketing Manager for our Pittsburgh Portfolio! This role is perfect for an experienced leasing professional who is ready to take the lead on leasing, marketing, and resident engagement.

You'll work closely with the Community Manager to drive leasing success, develop creative marketing strategies, support the on-site team, and create a positive experience for both prospective and current residents.
