CAPREIT is seeking a Community Manager for Landings I & II in Alexandria, VA and Fort Belvoir, VA. You will lead leasing efforts, greet applicants, showcase communities, and guide prospective residents through the application process.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment leasing experience.
• LIHTC experience required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.
• Familiarity with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, Yardi) or ability to learn quickly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications.
• Assist the Community Manager by processing applications, handling resident calls, and completing administrative tasks.
