Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Community Manager for the Oxbow Residences in Englewood, CO. This role leads the leasing-up phase, oversees property operations, and manages staff to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

You will drive community engagement, partner with development and investors, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining cost-efficient operations. A strong background in property management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management required.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and MS Office.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rapport with vendors, residents, employees, equity partners and construction personnel.
• Manage the property and supervise the staff in accordance with company policies.
• Professionally resolve tenant complaints and property concerns.
• Optimize occupancy and net revenues while operating the property cost-effectively.
• Hire, train and develop personnel.
• Establish and execute an effective resident retention plan.
• Establish and execute an effective marketing and occupancy plan.
• Identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities and improve technology.

As a Community Manager, you will successfully execute the vision of Development, Equity Partners, and Investors while maintaining a team, budget and building a sense of community.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Management
• Experience utilizing Yardi, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
• Two years of management/supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
