Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the community with professionalism and positivity.
• Coach and develop your team to thrive.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and resident communications.
• Oversee leasing processes and compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure curb appeal.
