MacDonald Property Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager for Brookview Village in Copperas Cove, TX. You will oversee daily property operations, lead leasing and marketing activities, and manage budgets to optimize net operating income.

The role requires strong financial acumen, staff leadership, and on-site presence. Applicants should have at least 3 years in community management, be proficient in MS Office, and experienced with Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial management skills and be well versed in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to lead the on-site staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi Voyager required.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation and be on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned property.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare and manage property budgets and operating plans.
• Monitor NOI through cost control and efficiency.
• Supervise on-site staff and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and policies.
• Provide regular reports and maintain resident relations.
