Live Bryten is seeking a Community Manager for Evara Living in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead property operations, guide the leasing team, handle budgets and rent collections, and ensure a welcoming, compliant, and well-maintained community.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multi-family leasing, strong financial and customer-service skills, and proficiency with MS Office and PM software. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
