The Community Manager Lead manages both individual and group workflows to consistently meet service goals and guest expectations. Additionally, they oversee space optimization and ensure the timely delivery of all onsite meetings and event requirements. Drive operational excellence through transparent daily reporting and a strong partnership with the client's management team. Act as a versatile resource by contributing to broader client goals and initiatives. This role is expected to be on-site five days a week.
