The NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager for Sutton Flats in Sherman, TX. You will oversee daily apartment operations, optimize cash flow, and ensure excellent resident service while coordinating teams across maintenance, leasing, and accounting.

Under the Regional Property Manager, you will monitor budgets, manage leasing activity in Yardi, review financial statements, and implement capital improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years property management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with budgeting, NOI analysis, and capital improvements.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all financial performance and maximize cash flow.
• Monitor leasing activity, market rents, and turnover.
• Review financial statements with the accounting team.
• Coordinate capital improvements and vendor management.
• Manage resident relations and ensure compliance with policies.
