Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager for The Flats at River North in San Antonio, TX. You will oversee daily apartment operations, ensure exceptional resident service, and maximize asset performance under the Regional Property Manager.

This role requires strong leadership and property management experience. You will drive leasing, budgeting, and staff development, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience; supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS Section 42 - LIHTC Program
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office; Yardi experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and work toward budgeted NOI
• Maximize cash flow by optimizing revenue and controlling delinquencies
• Monitor leasing, marketing, and rent pricing; manage move-ins/move-outs
• Coordinate team development, staff schedules, and training
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies
