Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Community Manager for The Nightingale in San Antonio, TX. Under the Regional Property Manager’s guidance, you will oversee daily property operations, deliver excellent resident service, and maximize cash flow while preserving assets and NOI goals.

You’ll lead a property team, coordinate leasing, maintenance and safety, manage budgets, monitor financial statements, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and foster a positive, productive work environment for staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience; supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, NOI management and lease administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure excellent resident service.
• Maximize cash flow, monitor marketing, leasing, and occupancy.
• Prepare and manage budgets, review financial statements, and NOI targets.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and safety standards across all activities.
• Lead and develop the property team, coordinate maintenance and vendor relations.
