Envolve Community Management, LLC seeks a hands-on Community Manager for Highland Villas in Bryan, TX. You will supervise on-site staff, lead leasing efforts, analyze market trends, and manage budgets to maximize NOI.

The role requires strong financial acumen, staff leadership, and excellent communication with residents, vendors, and corporate partners. Experience with budget planning, Fair Housing compliance, and MS Office is preferred; willingness to travel for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to lead on-site staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid multi-tasking skills with deadlines.
• Professional communication with residents, vendors and corporate staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with OneSite, Yardi or eSite preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Travel for training and meetings when required.
• 3+ years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager; Tax Credit and HUD knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all day-to-day operations of the property.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities at the community.
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor lease obligations and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Oversee maintenance and vendor contracts; inspect property conditions.
• Provide reports and performance metrics as required.
