• Experience leading leasing performance and resident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full performance of the community, with direct accountability for occupancy, NOI, and team execution.
• Drive occupancy to 95%+ through effective leasing strategy and lead conversion.
• Manage delinquency and expenses to protect and grow NOI.
• Lead and develop leasing and service teams to meet performance expectations.
• Execute retention strategies to maintain renewal rates and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance, asset quality, and brand standards.
