MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Bear Valley Apartments in Denver, CO. This role leads the on-site team, oversees marketing, budgets, and daily operations to keep the community thriving.

The ideal candidate has recent apartment management experience, strong supervisory skills, and a working knowledge of Yardi. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Bear Valley Apartments, located in Denver, CO!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

• $79,000-$81,000 annually
• Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
• Company profit sharing
• Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year
