MG Properties seeks an experienced Community Manager for The Rylan in Vista, CA. This role leads the on-site team, drives property marketing, and oversees budgetary operations to ensure the community thrives.

The Community Manager will supervise staff, coordinate vendor relationships, and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction within a competitive Western US market.

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, The Rylan in Vista, CA!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.

Compensation and Benefits

• $75 - $90K/annual
• Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
