MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Bear Valley Apartments in Denver, CO. You will lead and train the on-site team, manage marketing strategies to optimize occupancy, and oversee the property’s budget and daily operations to ensure the community thrives.

The role requires recent manager experience in a fast-paced apartment setting, strong supervisory skills, and a hands-on approach to operations, budgeting and team development.

Qualifications

• RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community.
• Supervisory/management experience is a must.
• Proven ability to train and lead a team.
• Strong operations skills including budgeting and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and train the onsite team to deliver excellent operations.

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Bear Valley Apartments, located in Denver, CO!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

• $79,000-$81,000 annually
• Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
• Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year
• 10 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Personal Days per year
• 48 Hours of Paid Sick Time
