Job summary

LDG Development is seeking a Community Manager for an affordable housing asset in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead all on-site operations, including leasing, maintenance, finances, and compliance with HUD and LIHTC programs.

The role emphasizes strong resident relations and team leadership to maximize community value and living experience. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in property management within affordable housing, hands-on experience with cash flow and budgeting, and proficiency with OneSite

Qualifications

4+ years of property management experience in affordable housing.
Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, TDHCA, TAA and related affordable housing programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead teams, including remote coordination.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and ongoing facility upkeep.
Develop working income for operating the property by managing cash flow requirements and leasing strategy.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with program documents and regulations (HUD, LIHTC, TDHCA, TAA).
Manage resident relations and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
Lead on-site maintenance technicians and leasing staff to achieve goals.
